TECHNICAL SUPPLIERS for your booth :

AV equipment from ENCORE : please complete the order form.

Power supply, internet, hanging point… from MONTREAL CONGRESS CENTER : please complete the online order form.

Catering from MAESTRO : please complete the order form.

>Price of an early bird license ordered before September 22 : 319 CAD
>Price of a license ordered after September 22: 369 CAD

Payment must be made online by Stripe, the link will be sent to you when you place your order.

Deliveries, booth equipment, furnitures from GES : Please place your orders online.

>Shipping of your material : The Palais des congrès de Montréal has a closed dock, so you must contact GES for this service. By ordering this service in advance, you benefit from a -30% preferential rate. No access to the station will be allowed without GES authorization.

Important Reminder :

Each booth will be equipped with backwall drapes, sidearms drapes (not on corner booth), booth sign with number of stand and company name.

Furnitures are not included in the booth / The exhibition hall is already carpeted.

Please note : If you do not want these installations on your stand, please inform us as soon as possible so that they are not installed to facilitate your set-up.

ConsultExpo Inc., has been selected as official Customs Broker and can also assist with shipping of your exhibitor material. Each service can be used separately; one-way or round-trip. For your convenience you may complete the included PDF forms or go to their web link and submit customs and/or shipping form information online.

CUSTOMIZED STANDS : If you are using your own stand builder, please send us the following information to this mail adress : marion.caumont@pro4events.com

Contact details of your stand builder.
Indicate your arrival time for your building.
To facilitate your set-up, please let us know if you want to remove the included materials (stand structure / drapes / signage with stand number and company name).
It is mandatory to send us your stand design for approval. As a reminder, the construction must not exceed 11' in height.
Your builder must comply with Installation regulations & Safety obligations.
