Exhibitors' Technical Guide

Please find the information to prepare your booth : 

Hotel rooms : the official hotel is the DELTA BY MARRIOTT, directly linked to the venue. The special rate is 255 dollars / night.

AV equipment : the supplier is ENCORE, please complete the order form

Power supply : the supplier the RBC Winnipeg Convention Center, please order online

Deliveries, forwarding agent, customs, booth equipment : the supplier is Central Display. Please note that each booth will be equipped with backwall drapes, sidearms drapes (not on corner booth), booth sign. The online form is here. 

Hours : 
Building up : Monday, October 28 from 8 am to 5 pm. 
Exhibition hours : 
Monday, October 28, 6 pm to 8 pm. The Welcome Cocktail will be held in the exhibition from 6 pm to 8 pm.
Tuesday, October 29, 8 am to 7 pm. Please note that breakfast will be served in the exhibition from 6:45 am. The cocktail reception will be organized in the exhibition from 5:45 pm to 7 pm. 
Wednesday, October 30, 8 am to 5 pm. Please note that breakfast will be served in the exhibition from 6:45 am

Dismantling : Wednesday, October 30, from 5 pm to 10 pm.
